On a weekly Twitter Chat, #KenyaChat hosted by Daniel Maithya ( @DanielMaithyaKE ) every Tuesday 4:00 PM East African Time Kenyan and non Kenyan contributors had this to say:

I believe that despite all the super technology and bedside manner that is supposed to make you feel well cared for, the greatest danger to your health is a careless doctor who practises modern medicine. @DanielMaithyaKE— UK used boyfriend (@enock_kiptanui) April 3, 2018

We lack robust quality measures for many important aspects of health care. #KenyaChat We don’t have reliable, widely available quality measures for most of the things that really matter to patients, like the experience of care for patients

@KenyaChat KNH and other referral facilities should only be accepting patients who have been referred by a GP operating in a lower level health facility. KNH is not a walk in facility. The reason this is allowed is due to bad service delivery at lower level facilities.#KenyaChat
