The hospitals are managed by Aga Khan Health Services, one of the most comprehensive non-profit health care systems in the developing world. Aga Khan Health Services operates three international hospitals in Kenya.
These are:
1. The Aga Khan Hospital, Mombasa.
It is a 96-bed level 5 healthcare facility located along Vanga Road in Mombasa. The facility has been providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient services since 1944. The hospital provides inpatient services in the following areas; medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatric, intensive care, and daycare. The outpatient services include a dedicated accident and emergency unit, a general casualty, a dedicated pediatric casualty, resident consultant clinics, sessional specialty clinics, minor theatre, a dental clinic and a renal unit.

2. The Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu.
It is a 61-bed acute care facility located along Otieno Oyoo Street in Kisumu. The hospital which was established in 1952 offers services in the areas of medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, acute care, hemodialysis, dental, ophthalmology, endoscopy, histopathology and imaging services. It also provides 24-hour emergency/ambulatory services.

3. The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi
The 254-bed teaching and referral health care facility was established in 1958. It is located along 3rd Parklands Avenue in Nairobi. The hospital provides general medical services, specialist clinics and high-tech diagnostic services. They also have a well-equipped 24-hour Emergency centre.
