Kajiado County is the best place to put your bet on in land investment. This is according to Property Firm Ritz Housing and Properties Managing Director Samuel Mathenge who says the county has one of the fastest growing towns that include Kitengela.
He says the County has experienced considerable growth in the last five years with major developments in the area that continue to attract a lot of investors.
The County he says has also extensive land for industrial and manufacturing plant with ready and affordable workforce exists and also easy access to raw materials.
“The overflow of the population in Nairobi City is also expected to push people south in search of better and affordable housing. This grand investment opportunity is bound to yield good returns. This is the best time to purchase land as the prices are still low,” Mathenge notes.
Statistics indicate that Kitengela town has grown by ten times in the last 15 years, making it one of the most sought after land investment option.
The opportunity has seen the company launch its second phase of of property sale in Kitengela and Kisaju plains.
This follows the completion of the first phase of the project where over 30 plots were sold at Kitengela Ostrich Plains. The firm says it has over 40 plots available for sale at the Ostrich plains and another 33 plots at Kisaju plains at affordable prices.
